Rotary Indexer

The Rotary Indexer uses the Precision Ring Drive System. This system makes it possible to start and stop at any incremental position. The Rotary Indexer also allows max. acceleration or decelaration at any point without the risk of damage. Besides this, the user can change the motion profile by simply loading a new servo drive program. The system can take heavy loads and speeds up to 304 rpm are no problem.

CRD and PRD

The Rotary Indexers include two different models:

• The CRD (Compact Precision Ring Drive), which offers circle diameters of 150, 250, 350 or 550 mm. A precision of ±20 ArcSec, loads up to 1016kN and speed up to 304 rpm.
